I am originally from North Reading, MA, I attended undergrad at Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH and then medical school at Dartmouth. While in New Hampshire I developed a love of hiking and spent most of my free weekends somewhere in the White Mountains. When I am not outdoors, I enjoy cuddling with my cats and playing the piano. I am happy to now live in DC for residency and have many new places to explore!

I grew up in Erie, PA and attended Penn State for my undergrad studies. In the time between graduating Penn State and attending Jefferson Medical College, I had the fortunate opportunity to work in a research lab studying molecular mechanisms of prostate cancer growth and progression.  I was further drawn to urology during my medical school clinical years because of my interest in genitourinary cancer biology, the tangible positive impact we can have on our patient’s quality of life and the opportunity to operate while still having meaningful long-term relationships with patients in the clinic. GW has been a great place to train with strong mentorship and supportive relationships amongst colleagues. I also love living in the exciting city of DC.  In my free time my favorite things to do are golf, garden, eat spicy food and lift weights.

Medical School:
California Northstate University

I was born and raised in the Bay Area. I competed in gymnastics my entire life, which granted me a Division I scholarship to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where I graduated with a degree in Nutrition Science. I returned home to California for medical school and graduated from California Northstate University College of Medicine. I was drawn to Urology during medical school because of the complex anatomy and procedures in the field. Moreover, I enjoyed working with all the wonderful people who make up the specialty. I appreciate the opportunity that Urology gives me to create a safe space for my patients to feel comfortable addressing difficult topics. In addition to my M.D., I also have an F.D. (Foodie Degree). Outisde the OR, you can find me trying new restaurants all over town. When I'm not eating my way through D.C., I'm likely attending a cycling class or snowboarding in the mountains.
